Massive Quality affordable housing Projects in Uganda

Ajabx Consult (LLC) is launching massive constructing of Quality affordable housing projects in Uganda along major high way from Kampala/ Central Business District (CBD) to cater for the rapid  population growth. On roads such as Masaka-Highway, Jinja-Highway, Bombo road, Hoima road ,Gayaza road, Entebbe road.

The projects to cover 5 acres and above with mixed land uses, but mostly residential purposes. Houses to be constructed in phases and buyers also get opportunities to buy off plan properties. 2. Lease option. The buyer enters into agreement with the seller/ developer (Ajabx Consult LLC) and pays a deposit of 40% of the purchase price and with an option of paying the balance at a fixed amount on a future date
3. Mortgages. Buyers are given a chance to purchase homes by paying a 30% deposit and pays installments for the remaining balance for a period of 5-10 years with a fixed  amount and all land value appreciation, inflation factored in the buyer price at once.
