Ajabx Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) shall be a hybrid “REIT” that mainly composed of development, rental properties and mortgage services, where investors invest in funds/ money and get to own part of properties or Assets Under Management (AUM) on general partnership agreements.
Ajabx Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) only invests into development of condominium apartments for sale and rental purposes within Kampala Metropolitan and development of student Hostels across the country.
A-REIT under Rental properties majorly invests into commercial properties and residential apartments to derive rental income to be paid back to investors as quarterly returns.
A-REIT under mortgage services only issues out mortgages to individuals or entities looking at acquiring land and construction of houses across the country (Uganda).
